How to return one or more items:
Fill out the enclosed return form and notify us of the items you wish to return. Subsequently, send your items back to the following address:

Once the goods arrive with us, we will check the return for completeness. If you have already paid for the returned goods, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you.
Important note: Ensure that all products you wish to return are in their original condition and packaging.
Members of the 195 Club located within Germany will receive a free return label from us.
